Please note a change in the award of cups:
All cups will be retained by the committee and not released to winning exhibitors to take
away with them. A copy of the photograph of the presentation to the winning exhibit, taken
by the Show’s official photographer will be gifted to the winner on the day. If an exhibitor
leaves the field before the official presentation, no photograph will be available. The
Committee will present replicas to the winners of classes for young exhibitors and will also
present replicas in the case an exhibitor winning three times in succession.

Dairy Cattle Classes (apart from the Young Handlers Section)
will be filmed and judged BEFORE the Show.

The video will be shown on a screen in the marquee during the day
and the results will be announced / displayed on Show Day.


Entries must be available for judging within a
10 mile radius of the show field


Passports MUST be shown to the Judges and Stewards during the day of filming.
Cattle will be filmed between June 7th - 14th .

SCALE OF POINTS FOR MILK RECORDED CLASSES
1. A maximum of 2,000 points to be allowed by the Judges on inspection of each entry.
2. Three to be allotted to each cow for every kilo of butterfat and protein yielded during a completed or uncompleted
lactation of not more than 305 days during the one year three months preceding the date of the Show.
3. Four points to be allotted to each heifer for every kilo of butterfat and protein yielded during a completed or uncompleted lactation of not more than 305 days during the one year three months preceding the date of the Show.
4. 200 points to be allotted to each entry bred by the exhibitor.
5. In case of Show Schedules confined to Herd Book or Grading Register animals, heifers must calve under three years
of age. An Official Certificate of yield from the Record Office must accompany the entry form and exhibitors must
be members of the National Milk Records on the day of the Show.
6. Pedigree certificates should be available on day of Show.
