and having never won a 1st prizein a Young Handler competition.
83 Best horse or pony to be ridden by a new rider. Open to riders who consider themselves new to riding. Horses and ponies will only walk and trot together
but may canter in their individual shows.

The Lionel Hyett Perpetual Silver Cup, for the best exhibit in the Horse Section. The Committee will present a Replica to an exhibit or winning it three times in succession.
